First Priority is a multi-denominational student-led 
middle and high school campus outreach ministry. 

First Priority exists as an extension of a community of local churches 
to encourage, equip and empower students 
to reach their campuses for Jesus.

First Priority of the Lakeshore organized as a multi-denominational youth ministry alliance in 1996.  We are the campus ministry of the local churches.  The vision of our ministry is to help area middle and high school students make a positive impact on their school campuses by strategically partnering with youth pastors and leaders.  That vision has led to the presence of 13 student-led, equal access clubs which meet weekly in 7 schools.  Approximately 500 students are being impacted by First Priority in this year alone!  These kids are our community leaders of tomorrow!!

First Priority ~

• recognizes and equips student leaders.
• allows Christian students to establish a positive identity on area campuses.
• creates a unified Christian presence at area schools.
• generates and encourages positive peer pressure.
• provides area-wide events created by students and for students with the goal of reaching students.
• enables students to engage in friend-to-friend outreach.
• provides support systems and training, encouragement, and unity for area youth leaders.
